Refund Policy

 

  • Cancellation of admission of any subject /course of any department(s) of the college by the applicant,  refund amount will be determined as per college present policy. Applicant must be  applied in the prescribed format through online, and after verification due amount will be refunded to the applicant’s Bank Account through NEFT or RTGS only.
    Refund Amount –

    1. If applicant cancels his/her admission in a particular subject/course of any shift and not to study in this college – Refund amount will be determined as follows : – Amount paid for Admission (as per paid challan/money receipts) minus Rs. 1780 (standing charge)
    2. If applicant cancels his/her admission in a particular subject/course of any shift and again take admission in other subject of other shift of the college i.e.,  he/she is a student college – Refund amount will be determined as follows : – Amount paid for Admission (as per paid challan/money receipts) minus Rs. 100 ( admission fee + cost of prospectus + cancelation fees).
    3. Alternatively fees will be adjusted and applicant may be allowed to pay the balance amount at the time of admission in 2nd subject/course. Though it is depends on Online System software.
    4. It may be noted that amount will be refunded or adjusted, if the applicant cancel his/her admission in due time i.e. before the admission of the last merit list of the applicant’s subject.
